This wedding just makes my heart happy.  So very happy.  Bridget and JP were married at Kent Manor Inn and it was one of the most welcoming, loving, and heart warming weddings I’ve ever had the honor of photographing.  Bridget and JP actually haven’t known each for what is considered your “typical” amount of time before getting married but, once you meet them and talk to them and see how perfectly they love each other, no typical amount of time matters anymore.  Their souls belong together.  So obviously so that I teared up more times than I’ll admit over these two people that I actually had never met or even talked to before their wedding day.
Yep, I did all the planning and chatting with Bridget’s mom (Hi Amy!!) leading up to the wedding day and had never once interacted with either Bridget or JP.  That’s definitely not how I usually do things with the weddings I book, but theirs was one of my more last minute bookings so I just ran with it.  I’ll admit that, due to never having interacted with Bridget or JP before, I was pretty nervous driving up to Kent Manor.  I had no idea what to expect.  It’s so important for me to feel like I click with my brides and grooms and I didn’t know if that was going to happen this time.  Oh man was I so stupid for being nervous about these two.  Bridget is the sweetest thing you’ll ever meet, her bridesmaids were absolutely wonderful, JP is super laid back, and his groomsmen were great to joke around with.  I truly do mean it when I say I immediately felt like a friend to Bridget and JP.
By far, my most favorite moment of the day was when JP first say Bridget walking down the aisle towards him.  I know it’s kind of cliche or predictable to pick that moment, but when you see the photos you’ll know why I had to pick it.  That’s the moment it was obvious to me how special their love is.

All right….I feel like I’ve been way too sappy in this blog post.  But I do just LOVE this bride and groom and their wedding!!  I hope these photos capture how special it was.  Bridget and JP, thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me into your wedding day like you did.  And congratulations!!The professionals who helped make this day amazing:
