I recently saw that Longwood Gardens will be undergoing a huge renovation/expansion to open in Fall of 2024 and it reminded me of this engagement session I photographed there, so I figured I would share!
I had never been to Longwood Gardens before, so when Tim and Michelle suggested it as the location for their engagement shoot, I was all about it! I had seen photos and heard amazing things, but had just never ventured up there, so this was the perfect excuse. Now their Longwood Gardens engagement session is one of my favorites.
This session was fun, filled with gorgeous photo spots, and involved two amazing humans that immediately felt like friends. Michelle and Tim’s goofiness matched perfectly with my vibe and style of photographing and they really brought their personalities into their photos, which is always my goal!
If you haven’t been to Longwood Gardens before, I definitely recommend taking the trip. It’s a place to be seen in all seasons and times of day. Definitely make sure to check the place out at Christmas time, though, above all else (maybe post-covid because it gets pretty crowded). And I can’t wait to see what everything looks like after the renovations!
