I’ve thought it for years and it still rings true….Chesapeake Bay Beach Club weddings are some of my favorite weddings. If you know me, you know my love for the Bay, how I work on the Bay, and how connected to it I feel. So when I get to combine that love with my job of photographing amazing wedding days, I really can’t ask for anything to feel more “me”. But really, this isn’t about me, this is about Leigh and Mike and their wedding, and how they made the two of them and Leigh’s son into an official family that day. There’s something so incredibly special about those weddings in which a child is already involved and you get to see the excitement on the kid’s face as their mom or dad’s fiancé becomes their new official parent.
There were so many other incredible things about this Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding, too, though. Like the sweet first look with views of the Bay Bridge, Leigh’s dried flower bouquet, the smiles during the ceremony, all the laughs during portraits, and the loads and loads of fun everyone had dancing.
Yep….Chesapeake Bay Beach Club weddings definitely are some favorites 🙂
