I have some really amazing wedding couples lined up for 2018 and Sam and Connor are definitely in that category.  When figuring out where to do their engagement session, Sam said she wanted open fields and that to-die-for golden glow.  We decided on Jerusalem Mill for the session, and we definitely got the open field part, but the golden glow thing…..well, Mother Nature had different plans.  It had been sunny all day long and I knew it was calling for some storms later at night, but the clouds rolled in way earlier than I expected.  We actually finished up their session right before it started pouring.  Even though we didn’t get the glowy portraits Sam had been hoping for, I think the blue soon-to-be-storming sky we got is just as dramatic and beautiful.  Sam and Connor are a dream to photograph.  They’re gorgeous, fun, and up for anything.  Sam was more than eager to frolic through the tall grass field and Connor, while not quite so down to frolic, was still happy to do whatever made Sam happy.  I can’t wait to see what fun we can get into at their wedding in September!.jpg)
