You’d never know from these photos, but this William Paca and Governor Calvert House Annapolis wedding was on a day that it was like 150 degrees outside. No lie. But there wasn’t a single complaint or push back all day long from anyone while I was making Meg and Eric take “just one more photo”. Ok…..maybe that’s a lie. Eric might have said that he can’t believe he paid me to torture him so much as the large area of sweat soaking through the back of his suit jacket kept getting bigger and bigger, but he said it with a laugh and followed it up with saying he knew it would all be worth it. I promise you all…..it’s always worth it!
Despite the intense heat, this wedding day was absolute perfection. From the emotional first look, Meg looking absolutely goooorgeous and Eric looking oh-so-handsome, the William Paca House Gardens providing a stunning ceremony backdrop, champagne popping celebrations, to heel click jumps in the streets of downtown Annapolis on the way back to Governor Calvert House…..this was what wedding dreams are made of.
