Hi, I'm Lauren! Welcome to my blog! I'm a Maryland wedding and portrait photographer that loves beautiful light and has an obsession with the water. This is my pretty little place to show off all of my most recent photography adventures and the stories behind them. So get comfy and have a look around!

Christina + Rob : High Point Farm Wedding {Maryland Wedding Photographer{

One simple message……”You’re cute”.  That’s what started it.  That’s what Christina first said to Rob back in 2006 on Myspace, where they first met.  But Rob looked at the modeling photos she had on her profile and thought she was too beautiful to be real.  Unable to just let it go, though, Rob looked her up on Facebook and, lo and behold, there she was……that beautiful girl, still just as beautiful, and definitely real  😉  A first date happened and, in their own words, the chemistry was off the charts.  Rob was quiet and shy during the first part of the date and would hardly even look Christina in the face.  However, he later told her that if he did look at her, she was so beautiful that he wouldn’t be able to stop staring and he was scared she would think he was weird.  *heart melts*  It doesn’t get any sweeter than that.
Christina and Rob got married under a beautiful blue sky amongst their closest family and friends at the beautiful High Point Farm.  Rain clouds that had lingered all morning cleared away and Christina’s brother officiated as they said “I do”.  These two are truly best friends and I couldn’t be happier for two people so deserving of a lifetime of love and happiness.  Thank you both for sharing your story, love, and smiles with me.  I’m incredibly honored  🙂
