From the second I saw how prepared Katie was for her engagement session last winter with a car full of outfits, coats, scarves, boots, high heels, and flowers, I knew that her and Matt’s wedding was going to be gorgeous and decorated to perfection.  Did.  Not.  Disappoint.  Katie was an absolute vision looking like a modern day princess and Matt was full out dapper with his pink and blue striped bow tie and white shoes.  I started out the day with Katie and all her beautiful ladies getting ready and taking some fun photos of them all in their matching robes, while my wonderful second shooter, Marisa, started out with Matt and all his guys, taking photos of them cracking up every time they were supposed to do their serious GQ faces for the camera.  Family and friends witnessed Katie and Matt commit their lives to each other at St. Stephen Church and then we all headed to the amazing Richardson Farms.  Seriously awesome place.  I could shoot there all day.  Unfortunately, we had to be quick and I only had about 20 minutes to do all the bridal party and bride/groom portraits, but luckily you don’t have to wander far at Richardson Farms to find a beautiful place to serve as the backdrop of an even more beautiful couple.  I could sit here and blabber on about all the details that adorned the tent and barn at Richardson Farms, but Marisa made sure to capture them all and then some while I did all the portraits.  Jennifer Virts did an amazing job helping Katie and Matt plan the day and Jason from Absolute Entertainment made sure to keep everybody dancing and having fun all night.  I can’t say enough how fun and beautiful everything about this wedding was.  Thank you, Katie and Matt, for loving each other so much that you decided to spend your lives together…..which meant I got to end up at your wedding!  Win for me!!  😉
