Happy One Month Anniversary, Stacey and Kenny!! What better way for me to celebrate them getting married at the beautiful Comus Inn exactly one month ago than to feature them on the blog!
If I can sit and talk to you about cats (and let me specify….about loving cats….not hating cats) then I automatically like you. I’m that crazy cat lady. So when Stacey and Kenny (mostly Stacey 😉 ) told me about their cat, Hank, when we first met, I knew that they were the couple for me. They told me that Hank is an orange guy that has a belly pooch that swings back and forth when he runs. Umm…for real?! That’s exactly like my Charlie!! Instant BFFs…………in my mind. If you don’t know or forget my little Charlie and how crazy I am, refer back to this post. And the fact that Stacey brought along two different little orange cat figurines to her wedding, it made my day. One adorned their cake and the other sat at their place settings at the head table.
But the whole cat thing isn’t the only reason I loved this wedding and Stacey and Kenny. It was just one of those weddings that went so smoothly and everyone was so nice and loving and relaxed. Never once during the entire time I was there did I feel any stress or feel rushed. That rarely ever happens! I think that is a true testament to the laid back nature of Stacey and Kenny and just how wonderful it was to share their day with them. This all took place against one of the most beautiful backdrops. The Comus Inn is settled within Sugarloaf Mountain and you really can’t ask for a more breathtaking and open expanse of beauty in the area. And I can’t forget to mention that I now think yellow is my new favorite wedding color. The bright pops of yellow everywhere were perfection and make for amazing photos. Future brides….take note 😉
Stacey needed something blue. Obviously that meant she needed a blue “tattoo”.
Can we all just take a hot second to get a giggle out of the height differences in this photo?? Ha!
Kenny is a firefighter (super cool, right?!). Kenny, don’t hate me. Stacey told me I could!! 😉
